MEASURING
TEMPERATURES
AT THEIR CRITICAL DEGREE.
OUR TECHNOLOGY
01 / WHAT
Food grade materials that can be printed on labels, packaging for tracking and shipping applications.
02 / HOW
Our labels are printed with a revolutionary type of ink called Thermal Locking Ink. When the ink reaches a predetermined temperature, it will change color in SECONDS and will remain that color PERMANENTLY.
03 / TRY
There are two types of samples that can be tried.

Sometimes temperature-sensitive products become unusable, ineffective or spoiled when exposed to higher temperatures. Thermal Trac labels can help you to detect when a product becomes too hot and could have been potentially damaged. This helps prevent loss of both inventory and profit.
INACTIVATED LABEL
ACTIVATED LABEL: AFTER EXPOSURE TO 112 DEGREES F. FOR 1 MINUTE
ACTIVATION TIME AND TEMPERATURE CAN BE ALTERED FOR SPECIFIC APPLICATIONS
MEET OUR
BAR CODE
OUR METHOD
The bar code is read by standard readers, until a critical temperature of 112 degrees is passed. Once this critical temperature is exceeded in excess of 5 minutes the bar code is no longer able to register with the scanner. Permanently.
Other temperatures available.
Thermal Locking Ink can also be used to render any bar code unable to be scanned if the product is no longer fit for purchase due to overheating. Prevent inadvertent stocking or sale by printing the UPC on top of Thermal Locking Ink background.
